Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Out of respect for my time and other clients, the following policy is strictly enforced: • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. • Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 70% of the service total, Cancellations made within 3 hours of your appointment will be charged the total service amount. • No-shows (failing to arrive or communicate) will be charged 100% of the service total. • Arriving 10 minutes late may result in cancellation and will be treated as a no-show. • Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require a non-refundable deposit or result in refusal of future bookings.
